Linkt is the retail tolling brand of Transurban – a leading toll road operator in Australia. Linkt has partnered with Budget to provide access to tolling services for its rental customers and ensure toll road payments are easy and simple

Budget has partnered with Linkt, so that tolls incurred by you when using a Budget vehicle on any toll roads in Australia, can be charged directly to you by Linkt. There’s nothing you need to do. Linkt will use your booking information and automatically set up a Linkt Rental Account for you.

Currently, there are toll roads are on the eastern seaboard of Australia (including the toll roads in the metropolitan areas of Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane).

After you've used a toll road, you'll receive an email or SMS from Linkt about a Linkt Rental Account. This account has automatically been set up for you using the details provided to Budget when booking your vehicle and signing your rental agreement.

Simply log into your Linkt account, using the details Linkt sent you, to track your trips, access payment details and download your statements.

If you’re a Commercial renter you will be set up with a Linkt Commercial Rental Account using the details provided to Budget. Corporate customers will receive a one-off email or SMS from Linkt containing account details. This will be sent after the first time one of your employees travels on a toll road.

Each day you drive on a toll road, you'll be charged the toll amount plus a $3.30 fee per day. This gets debited from the card you presented at pick up.

On your bank statement you'll notice a charge from Linkt. Trips will be processed typically within 3 to 5 days of travel. Once all your trips have been processed and paid, Linkt will close the account for you.
